INSTRUCTORS are Terri Charles & Fran Borges who are both AAMET EFT Advanced Level Practitioners, and AAMET Licenced EFT Trainers. The course is aimed at making EFT accessible to as many people as possible, with plenty of interaction and hands on experience. Workshops are conducted in a professional but relaxed and friendly manner. Please dress for comfort.
LEVEL 1-INTRODUCTION TO EFT is a one day course of approximately 6 hours. Workshops open at 11am.During the day, you will have the opportunity to watch a video of EFT in action. We finish around 5pm with a break for lunch. Lunch is something that you bring with you. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks will be provided thoughout the day. This course is accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET). All students will receive AAMET EFT Level 1 Attendance Certificates at the end of the day.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS COURSE?: People interested in self help and/or working with family and friends. Existing Therapists who would like to add EFT to their skills . This is the foundation course for those people who wish to become EFT Practitioners.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: The first level is to help you feel comfortable and confident in applying EFT to simple problems such as cravings and minor phobias. During the course of the day we will take you step by step, through the guidelines set out by AAMET, with plenty of opportunity to practice EFT on yourself and others. Also including * A Brief history of EFT * The Discovery Statement upon with EFT is based * Psychological Reversal * The Basic Recipe * EFT shortcuts - learn ways to streamline this already quick and elegant therapy * Techniques to greatly improve the effectiveness of EFT - Including the importance of being specific, dealing with shifting aspects of memories and emotions, special points and being persistent * Discover the wide range of physical and emotional issues where EFT is effective and the few areas were EFT shouldn't be used. * Testing the effectiveness of treatments and how to handle situations that can arise. 11. Learn and experience The Movie Technique, and the Personal Peace Procedure * Lots of practice working with and experiencing the incredible results of EFT on your own issues *
By following the recommended guidelines you will have a thorough grounding in the basic rules of application and will be in a position to further your knowledge by moving on to Level 2
